  1. 2005 - Starting Point

    Our journey began in 2005 with the founding of DW Consulting, a spin-off of MasterSAF Brasil. It was the first consulting firm in the country dedicated to implementing MasterSAF tax solutions.

  2. 2007 - Establishment as Aliz

    Natural evolution led to the brand's transition to Aliz, which quickly established itself as a leader in tax integration, supporting large companies in adapting their systems with a focus on compliance and efficiency.

  3. 2009 - Founding of Adejo

    At a time of major changes in the Brazilian tax landscape—driven by the digital transformation brought about by the Electronic Invoice (Nota Fiscal Eletrônica) and the SPED system—Adejo was founded with a modern and agile approach, offering technology, innovative solutions, and specialized consulting services to address this new reality.

  4. 2011 – Thomson Reuters in Brazil

    Thomson Reuters enters the Brazilian market with the acquisition of MasterSAF.

  5. 2016 – Largest consulting firm in the Thomson Reuters ecosystem

    The merger between Aliz and Adejo marked the beginning of a new chapter in our history. This merger established Adejo as the largest tax and technology consulting firm in the market, both in terms of project volume and the number of clients served.

  6. 2018 - Expansion to Support Foreign Trade

    To meet growing market demands, Adejo has expanded its operations into foreign trade, combining specialized consulting services with technological solutions that help companies manage and optimize customs processes and ensure international tax compliance.

  7. 2022 - Strategic Partnership with SAP

    Adejo has become an SAP partner, expanding its operations to include localization projects in Brazil and strengthening its position as an integrator of tax, foreign trade, and technology solutions for organizations.

  8. 2024 – First global projects on SAP S/4HANA

    We take the lead on large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects, delivering cutting-edge technology and operational excellence to our clients.

  9. 2025 – Leadership in Tax Reform

    With proven expertise and a forward-looking vision, Adejo is at the forefront of tax reform in Brazil.
